WordPress Quick Tip – Change the Copyright Date

In the video I show you how to change the copyright date at the bottom of your WordPress website. Here are the instructions written out.

First of all, you want to log into your WordPress dashboard.

Go to Appearance

Select Customize

Select footer

Select bottom bar

Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar

Where it says “Edit Footer Credits” – change the date

At the top of the sidebar the Publish button is now blue – click the Publish button

Your change is now live on your website!
